and Refund policy

office supplies at the best prices over the Internet.
For your peace of mind and happiness, we
offer these terms in respect of
returns and refunds for our
products.
We
offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee
that means that if you are not
satisfied with any product you buy
from us you may return it (without
giving a reason if you wish) up to 14 days after receipt of your
order, provided they are
unused, unopened and kept in original
packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and
accessories). Postage and
insurance are not refundable.
If
you are returning unused, unopened goods within 14 days, you have to
make your own arrangements for
shipping goods to our premises at your
cost. On
successful receipt of the returned goods
we will refund the full amount within
14 days. If we are
collecting goods on your behalf then
we may deduct the cost of collection
from your refund.
For
your complete satisfaction, we offer a
full refund on any unwanted
orders placed on our website.

to notify us of any changes to your
order. We will refund the full amount
within 30 days of the cancellation of
the order.
Defective items may be returned
together with a copy of our invoice for
a full refund including the cost of
carriage. As all of our products carry their warranties from
respective manufacturers, we will be
pleased to replace these products
provided prior Returned Merchandize
Authorization is issued by their
manufacturer. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
In the event of a printer being returned:
- Your printer will be collected by our courier. Please call us to arrange your return. Returning a printer using your own courier without first informing our customer support team could result in your printer being rejected and/or additional processing charges.
- If a printer is being returned due to a fault, or was dead on arrival (D.O.A.), it will be tested upon arrival at our processing centre. Depending upon the fault you report, this process may take a number of days.
- If the printer is found to be faulty, a replacement printer will be despatched immediately and you will incur no charges for this service, nor the shipping of the replacement printer.
- If the printer is not found to be faulty, a charge of £5 will be applied to cover the costs of collection. In addition, another charge or £5 will be applied to return the printer to you, or you will be refunded 85% of the printer's value if you do not wish to keep it. 15% is retained as a restocking fee. Only in certain circumstances will you be offered the option of an 85% refund.
